CABINET INSTALLERS - SUB CONTRACTORS
We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, reliable cabinetry installation subcontractor who is skilled in all aspects of kitchen and bath installation with the goal of achieving the highest level of quality on all installations giving our builders and clients the most professional installs that they seek.
Job Functions:
This is a subcontractor position and all applicants must be licensed and insured to include workers comp. This position is physically demanding and can include heavy lifting as well as ability to navigate stairs. Compensation is per job and is based on scope of work with the install.

Job Functions:
- Must be punctual and reliable with excellent work ethic
- Must own and have experience and knowledge of all tools to do the job
- Must be able to read install layout and problem solve as needed
- Must have own vehicle to meet the needs of the job
- Must be able to install all cabinetry to include, base, wall, vanity, utility’s, oven, and built ins, stacks, laminates, cultured marble, etc.
- Must be detailed oriented in order to install toe, fillers, crown of various types, adjusting doors, leveling, shimming, installing hardware, etc.
- Must work well with others realizing the scope of work can involve working around other trades and developing relationships with construction managers.
- Must be willing to travel as jobs require throughout central VA and northern VA.

Kitchen/Bath Cabinet Sales & Designer
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer. Qualified candidates must have previous kitchen & bath design experience and be able to thrive in a team environment. Candidate must be able to read architectural blueprints and have the ability to communicate professionally in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a highly organized and professional individual that is passionate about design; a creative problem solver and success driven.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare detailed designs in accordance with builder specifications and architectural drawings using 20/20 design software
- Meet with homeowners and builders to assess needs
- Maintain relationships with contractors
- Estimate, measure and place orders for each project with accuracy and speed.
- Meeting strict deadlines
- Specify products based on client desires, needs, and budget
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen and bath design and industry trends.
- Manage multiple projects at one time
- Attend weekly sales/staff meetings
- Help maintain showroom
Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with kitchen and bath design.
- Experience with 2020 Design software program.
- Sales experience
- Able to be proactive in identifying potential problems
- A thorough understanding of architectural drawings, knowledge of building materials and the ability to collect data in a systematic orderly method
- Detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to read a tape measure and blueprints accurately
- Ability to self motivate and work independently
- Must be a licensed driver with reliable transportation

FIELD TECHNICIANS
We are looking for candidates who are skilled at cabinet repairs/touchups, some installation and who can problem solve in the field with excellent finish work within a fast paced production environment. Motivated and willing to achieve the highest level of quality on all field work while giving our clients the most professional and friendly service.
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to install/repair base, wall and tall cabinetry in kitchens and bathrooms
- Must be able to install toe kick, fillers, crown, two-piece crown, adjusting doors, leveling, shimming, installing hardware, etc.
- Following up with warranty work in occupied homes
- Must have own vehicle, tools and be able to transport materials
- Have a customer oriented personality that can communicate and work well with customers
- Be friendly, organized and energetic
- Be punctual and reliable, with an excellent work ethic
- Experience with common hand and power tools
Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team unit
- Must have and maintain a valid license
- Must have reliable transportation
- This position is physically demanding and fast-paced
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and navigate stairs while doing so

Warehouse/Delivery Driver:
Provides support to the warehousing operations with specific responsibilities of transporting orders over designated routes; ensuring safe operation of vehicles; and loading and unloading orders.
Essential Functions:
- Assists in receiving stock and nonstock items for the purpose of ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct
- Cleans warehouse for the purpose of maintaining a safe and sanitary work area
- Delivers cabinetry to various locations as per schedule
- Drives delivery truck for the purpose of transporting materials to designated sites
- Loads and unloads delivery trucks
- Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work under direct supervision and work well within a team unit
- Must have and maintain a valid license
- Ability to make sound decisions related to safe driving and delivery and placement of loads. Ability to adhere to all state and federal driving regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with other employees and customers
- Ability to bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. and to move up to 70 lbs. of product onto and off of trucks. Ability to carry up to 50lbs up a flight of stairs. Ability to climb up into a truck cabin and on and off of a truck bed
